Pool Information

The pool will be open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Open pool hours will be:

  • Mon - Fri: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
  • Weekends and holidays: 11:00am - 8:00pm

Pool pass registration forms are mailed to homeowners each  year.  Fill out the registration form and return it with your HOA dues.  Family/household pool passes will be mailed to you in your self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Please keep the following in mind...

  • Deck chairs are for adults, unless the pool is not crowded.
  • Lifeguards are employed to ensure swimmer safety.  The pool rules are posted on the board at the pool house.  All posted rules of safety and conduct will be enforced by the lifeguard.
  • Profanity in any form, harrassment in any form, and any activity that is deemed inappropriate will result in immediate explusion.
  • Parents must watch their children and be within arm's reach of non-swimmers at all times.  Our primary goal is a safe pool for all residents.
  • Any residents having a party of more than 10 guests during open hours or who would like to schedule a private party after pool hours must pay for an additional lifeguard.

Multi-purpose Field

The multi-purpose field is available free of charge to homeowners whose dues are paid in full.  People using the multi-purpose field should park at the pool house parking lot.  The use of the multi-purpose field by any non-residents and for practice or play by any group or organized team is strictly prohibited.

Pond

The pond is located behind Willow Wood and Timber Creek Circle. Fishing is permitted, but please keep in mind the following:

  • Please do NOT keep any fish.  This is a catch and release fishing pond.
  • There is no public access to the pond on Timber Creek Circle. Please respect homeowner's privacy and assess the lake only through the Saratoga Trail or Willow Wood Drive common areas.
  • Please remember to respect our neighbor's properties and fish ONLY in the common areas by the pond.
  • Please do not feed the geese at the pond. We do not want to encourage them nesting in this area since their droppings and aggressive behavior have become a huge problem.
  • It is strictly forbidden to drive any vehicles on the common easement.
