2024 Pool 

The pool will be open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.

Open pool hours will be:

• Mon - Fri: 12:00pm - 8:00pm
• Weekends and holidays: 11:00am - 8:00pm

Neighborhood Garage Sale:  June 13, 2024

The annual Deerfield Woods Garage Sale will be held Thursday, June 13th from 9 am to 4 pm. 

If you are interested in participating in the sale, please email DeerfieldWoodsHOA@gmail.com with "garage sale" in the subject line. 

You must have an individual garage sale permit from the City of Strongsville to participate, which are free and can be requested here.

Architectural Review

The Architectural Review form is now posted in the By-Laws section.  You must review and submit this form to the association to receive approval for any projects on your property.  Please email us with any questions.

Pool Passes

Pool pass registration forms for 2024 have been mailed to homeowners.  Fill out the registration form and return it with your HOA dues.  Family/household pool passes will be mailed to you in your self-addressed, stamped envelope.

Swim Team

Information about the 2024 High Point/Deerfield Woods Sharks Swim Team will be posted when it is available.  

Join your neighbors on Facebook

The Deerfield Woods Facebook Page is active.  The Board does NOT utilize the Facebook Page as an official communication tool; however, it is available for residents to connect with one another.  If you are on Facebook, please join our private page to connect with other neighbors, post pictures, and share ideas.
