Welcome to the Deerfield Woods website - the place for the most current and complete information about our neighborhood. Our neighborhood is located in Strongsville, Ohio, with top notch schools and wonderful amenities. We have an active Homeowners Association with a variety of volunteer committees that help make Deerfield Woods a great place to live. Welcome! Any and all news related to the Deerfield Woods Homeowners Association and Board-related activities is posted on this website as soon as possible.
The Deerfield Woods Homeowners Association will not be coordinating a neighborhood garage sale this year due to volunteer coordinator conflicts. We hope to organize one next summer. (FYI - High Point's annual sale will take place Thursday, June 19th through Saturday, June 21st from 9 am to 3 pm.)
Homeowners may hold their own individual garage sales. You must have an individual garage sale permit from the City of Strongsville, which are free. Permits can be requested here.
Please help keep our neighborhood and common areas, including the playground and fields, safe and clean by picking up trash and cleaning up after your pets. Thank you!
Per the Deerfield Woods By-Laws, which can be viewed in their entirety here, any changes to landscaping and home architecture must first be approved before any construction or changes are implemented. All necessary City Permit paperwork must be completed and approved per the City's regulations (see above). Projects involving new structures must also be approved. Updates to homes, including new windows, siding or roofs, do not need approval by Deerfield Woods HOA. Please submit all plans, drawings, questions and the completed architectural review form below to DeerfieldWoodsHOA@gmail.com. Thank you!
